We don’t currently have a facility for personal collections but we have kept our delivery costs as competitive as possible.
We can make GearSkinz® cases for the vast majority of makes and models, however, there are some types of music equipment that do not lend themselves well to the GearSkinz® concept of using the gear’s own handles for transportation. For example, there are some bass amps which are designed for rack mounting (i.e. in a flight case). Having said that, we can make other types of carrying cases if you do not want the excess weight and bulk of a flight case, and we are currently designing an additional range of cases to meet this need. If you have a particular piece of gear that isn’t listed on our Product Listings page and there are no forms that match your particular type of equipment on our Custom Cases section, please email us and we will contact you directly.
We can despatch our products overseas but bear in mind that international delivery costs will be higher. We are currently negotiating international shipping costs but until this has been completed we are unable to accept online orders from outside the UK. In the meantime, if you live outside the UK and wish to place an order, please email us and we will advise you of the appropriate shipping costs and how to place your order.
All Gearskinz® cases are made to measure to fit your particular make and model of gear. They are custom made and assembled by hand. This obviously takes time, however you can expect to receive your case within 10-15 working days of placing your order.
In the majority of cases, yes we can. You will need to go to the Custom Cases section and complete the required information. If there isn’t a form that matches your particular type of equipment, please email us and we will get back to you.
We accept payment by all major debit and credit cards and Paypal. All payments are secure transactions made via the secure servers of Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to make secure online payment by debit or credit card.
