All our cases are custom made to measure and the production of your case starts as soon as your order is received. Typically, you can expect to receive your order within 10-15 working days, however, we always aim to despatch orders as quickly as possible on receipt of your order, so if we can get your order to you sooner, we will do. In the unlikely event that there are any delays in despatching your order we will advise you as soon as possible.
At GearSkinz™ we only use reputable couriers for delivery and we make every effort to ensure your goods are delivered as quickly and reliably as possible.
If you have not received your goods with 5 working days of the despatch period (i.e. 20 working days) then please notify us immediately.
If you are not available to take receipt of your order, our couriers will attempt to redeliver the following working day. If we are still unable to deliver, the order will be returned to us and you will be asked to contact us to arrange a delivery date and an additional fee will be charged for redelivery.
Upon receipt of the order, you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition, please refuse the delivery. If you are unable to check the delivery on receipt, please sign for the delivery as unchecked. Failure to do so could affect any subsequent warranty claims you may make.
If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify us in writing via e-mail to help@gearskinz.co.uk within 14 days
