a) We take care to ensure that the products you receive are to your specification, however, should you wish to return your order for any reason other than damage, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
b) All returns must first be authorised by GearSkinz™. Authorisation can be received by emailing your reason for return to firstname.lastname@example.org.
c) You will be responsible for organising the return shipping and any associated costs. If requested, we can arrange for collection of goods for return given authorisation for such return - you will be advised of the cost for this service prior to collection. Please do not return goods without the proper authorisation as you may not receive a refund or replacement.
d) For custom orders where the measurements have not been supplied by GearSkinz™ (i.e. measurements provided by the customer) returns will not be accepted unless the goods are faulty or damaged. Refunds for customer mis-measurement may be considered and will be solely at the discretion of GearSkinz™.
